I think the thanks system they use in that forum is the vbseo version, you would have to buy vBSeo in order to use it. You can modify the thanks hack from vbulletin.org to function almost like that one, but it won't have all the features.

I don't believe vbSEO has a thanks system... just "likes". I may be overlooking my features in vbSEO.
You are correct Spyike, I had completely confused both systems, that forum must have downloaded the groans hack before it was sent to the graveyard. It seems to be using the thanks hack in the link from the second post.
