No layouts and widgets

I recently had a forum upgraded from vb3 to vb4 professionally by a VB Upgrader, and all is fine except...

When I installed VB4 as a first install for another forum, it came with useful layouts and widgets, this install has none.

Is there an easy way of getting these into this forum?
Are there files that I could copy from one server to the other?

If not, is there somewhere to go to download layouts and widgets?
I would especially like the new posts widget that showed posting action on the home pages.

Any help on any of these points would be very appreciated.

Sorry found them in create widget. I thought create widget sounded like a facility to write your own from scratch, it wasn't until I explored it further that I found the pull down menu with all the readymades in.
