Need help finding a banner software like this one

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this but does anyone know which banner system was used for this VB4 web site? I want to do the exact same thing. Large rotating banner in upper right corner and smaller banners lining the front of my board like in this picture.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yep done that but none I have seen can do both these items. Is it possible to run two banner systems?

This is just HTML placed in the ad position below navbar, the adverts are just images sat in a folder that they are called to, I replicated the exact same thing on my test board in 30 seconds.

Ya, if you're into coding then throwing a bunch of banners together like this isn't difficult. The first time. Then sponsors will change and you have to do it again. And again. And of course members won't tolerate that many ads and will quickly block them.

At least with a single rotating banner it will only take 10 page refreshes to see all 10 banners and people will be much less likely to block.
