Does a hack like this exist?
I just want a little list for my sidebar of the currently logged in users, each linked to their profile. My forums never have an extreme number of peopl elogged in, but maybe it would be smart to allow a person to choose how many people they want showing, before they get some kind of "more..." link to the full who's online page... Anyone? Jeff Croft forums.newbeetle.org |

I want something similar to your "top posters," but with "who's online," instead.
I don't see that you have a who's online on your front page...unless I'm just missing it? |

Ahhh! I see it!
Yes, that would be perfect... Any idea where i can get the source for this, to use as an include on a non-vb page? Thanks, Jeff |

If you look closely and click a couple of links, he hacked his index.php to include an "action=home" sequence which shows the home page! Pretty neat...I'd like to know how he did that...that's almost exactly what I'm looking for!
As for the who's online on a non-vB page, there are a few floating around. I got this one: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...threadid=12010 It works, I just did some template changes! |

Its vbPortal - that's all....
If you go and install that (http://www.phpportals.com) you can get it also... |
