Add-on that allows seperate usergroup attachment pemissions?

I currently use the VB forums and CMS for my magazine, and one problem I have is that the article publishers (admins) are constrained by the same attachment quantity allowed per-post as regular members. I would really like to be able to add as many images to each article as I want using the asset manager and not having to hot-link off another site.

Is there an add-on that gives admins separate and unique attachment options?
