How to upgrade vB test website from Main?

Hi All:

I hope you all can give me the advice how to upgrade my vB testing website using the content in the main website.

1) My main website is running and working website with its own database 1.
2) I also have the vB testing website with no content in it with its own database 2.
3) My question now is: how can I copy part 1 to part 2?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

1. Make a MySQL backup of the Main database
2. Restore it to the test website database

--------------- Added [DATE]1311505360[/DATE] at [TIME]1311505360[/TIME] ---------------

3. Go into the admin control panel at the test website, using the url ...../admincp/index.php
4. Change Settings > Options > "Site Name / URL / Contact Details"
Forum URL to your test site URL, and
Homepage URL to your test site home page URL.
