Hey all,
Is there a shoutbox that allows you the option to only let members with a certain amount of posts per day to use it?

So, anyone with 5 or more posts in the last 24 hours can use the shoutbox.

I am unaware of any such option. Besides, if they really posted 5 times in a day then they've probably already said all they have to say.
