If you are using 4.1.4 or higher, you are correct. The functions_wysiwyg.php file no longer exists due to the new CKEditor being implemented. There is currently no fix for this

This is already fixed for future releases, I'm posting the fix here.

Search:

PHP Code:
require_once(DIR '/includes/functions_wysiwyg.php');
$vbulletin->GPC['message'] =  convert_wysiwyg_html_to_bbcode($vbulletin->GPC['message'],  $vbulletin->options['pt_allowhtml']);
Replace by:

PHP Code:
require_once(DIR '/includes/class_wysiwygparser.php');
$html_parser = new vB_WysiwygHtmlParser($vbulletin);
$vbulletin->GPC['message'] = $html_parser->parse_wysiwyg_html_to_bbcode($vbulletin->GPC['message'], $vbulletin->options['pt_allowhtml']);
Project Tools 2.1.3 will have a compatible fix for every version and 2.2.0 is defined to be 4.1.4+ as minimum version.

Thanks. I was actually going to search through the files and see if I couldn't fix it and post the fix here this weekend when I had time, but you beat me to it

would this be why my WYSIWYG editor has vanished when I upgraded to 4.1.6?

This fix is for when you submitted the content, not the display of the editor.

So you post a fix but don't say which file to edit?!
