Hello, I think I must have this mod installed when the problem started.

The problem is that it appeared the option "Register" when users are already logged in, WTF!

Please could help me with this problem? Greetings!

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

I uninstall the plugin .. but I see that was an option of "Register"

did you enable multiple registrations in the User Registration Options?

Settings > Options > User registration Options
