Hello friends,

My forum has a problem a long time. When a guest who is not registered click on the nick in order to see the profile of a member, then get this message:

You have been banned for the following reason:
No reason was specified.
Date the ban will be lifted: Never

But that does not mean that the member is banned.

How to solve this problem?

Go to the Usergroup Manager, edit "Unregistered / Not Logged In", and make sure "This Usergroup is not a 'Banned' Group" is set to 'Yes".

If you want guests to be able to see member profiles, also set "Can View Member Info" to 'Yes".
