how to hide affiliate links?

hi,
I was wondering is possible to hide the long affiliate URL when posting a link?
for example, slideals.net/prc?=1939 <= 1939 is where the long affiliate URL resides

and when clicked, it will forward to that URL link.

is there a mod that does it?
