Noob to vbulletin and I am trying to correct a problem and getting nowhere. If you look at attached pic you see I am missing the settings button and I'm lost in correcting the issue any help would be much appreciated everything else working fine.

It's a custom style. Try comparing your header template to the default header template and see what is missing.
