here in our forum main page is opening but when click on any sub-section or thread link
this error is coming

what is the solution?

That doesn't look like a vbulletin error at all- a "runtime error" is something wrong with your computer or browser. Do you have vBulletin installed on the same machine you are browsing it with (a local install?)
