I need to add a CMS feed to my CMS, with the exact layout like it is here:
http://www.blic.rs/rss/danasnje-vesti

What would be the best way to do this?

I tried using the RSS Feed widget for the CMS, but this only shows the titles of the feeds.

I created a widget using Rssinclude.com and it worked great. It will take a feed, turn it into HTML/php/javascript so you can display it right on your site. And it is very customizable.
