CKEditor And Mootools Conflict

i've been using mootools for a sidebar drop down menu since i launched my site in mai, but now i upgraded to 4.1.4 and ck editor doesn't show if mootools is enabled.

does anybody else have this problem and is maybe working on a workaround or so?

i would love to get mootools back on my site.
