How to get Adlinks below the forum in forumdisplay page

I am looking to place adlinks below the forum as seen below... The red box is where i want the adlinks to be displayed. I have seen a few 3.x forums using it. Can someone give pointers as to how to do this in 4.x. Thanks

Edit the template, add the add code inside a div, style using css....

Thanks for your reply ... Could you provide more info on the code to be made ... Sorry, but am not so good with designing codes
