I am reinstalling vbulletin since my original installation is keep getting hacked but I am getting this error and I am not being able to figure it out. I have javscript installed on my machine and is upgrade ... i have uploaded vbulletin_upgade.js file in the install folder.

This is the error i get

This is a browser issue.

I have tried all that disabling , enabling java for browsers, reinstall java on my machine and reupload files but still the same error.
