This is a VERY small problem, but it is pretty annoying to me because there is a lot of space getting used over this.

Why does the signature start after the user info ends? is there a way to put it right after the post instead?

Check the v4 Tips and Tricks forum over on vbulletin.com. I have a thread in there about how to change the way the signature is displayed.
