Need help with colors

I can't find where to change the colors for the attachments please help me find them

Look at the attachments and see the red marks for where I need help

From your screenshots.
they are;

Styelvars>Ffooter> footerbackground
Styelvars>Secondarycontent> secondarycontent header background
Styelvars> Threadbit> Threadlisthead background
Styelvars> Toolsmenu> toolsmenu background

the whatsgoing on also use the secondary content like the forumdisplay options.

The background is stylevar > doc_background *found under Common

For the Welcome text edit the css template > vbulletin-chrome.css *now find:

.toplinks ul.isuser li.welcomelink {
	display: block;
	float: {vb:stylevar right};
	clear: {vb:stylevar left};
	padding-top: 3px;
	padding-bottom: 3px;
	padding-{vb:stylevar left}: 4px;
	padding-{vb:stylevar right}: 4px;
}

Add in the color for example if white add this to the code as shown in blue:

.toplinks ul.isuser li.welcomelink {
        color: #FFFFFF;
	display: block;
	float: {vb:stylevar right};
	clear: {vb:stylevar left};
	padding-top: 3px;
	padding-bottom: 3px;
	padding-{vb:stylevar left}: 4px;
	padding-{vb:stylevar right}: 4px;
}

Save, refresh the forum page to view the color change and your welcome to use RGB instead i.e.

color: rgb(255, 255, 255);

that welcome text is actually stylevars>header>header color.
