Mod for Smiley Tabs

What i'm missing is a tab option for smileys in the post bit.
for example i got two smiley categorys "x" and "y".
And both categorys should be available as tabs like in a internet browser in the postbit.
Is there an modification available yet that does that? or is there anybody who would like to create such a modification?
