Installation Process Pausing

Hey Guys,

I am currently trying to upload vBulletin 4.1.4. My Config.php file is all correct and the installation page is coming up correctly. However, when I try to insert the "Sample CMS Data" it is pausing and is not furthering the installation process. I have waited for 30 minutes and it has not done anything and I know it does not take nearly that long. It is stuck at 88%.

I am trying to install VB into the /home directory of my domain. I am almost postive I am doing everything correctly, but I may not be.

Do you guys have any suggestions? The latest step is actually the XML, here is the message it has been at for almost 40 minutes: Status: Processing XML, Step 4 of 6

Any help would truly be appreciated,
