National Flags (PNG & GIF - Not animated)

A simple national flags, include 239 nations.
Have : PNG & GIF, not animated.

Yes how can I add those national flags into the Edit Profile menu selection to program it to allow users to select a flag in Edit Profile?

I've put this on the postbit_legacy template
