Is there a plugin or option to give all users the ability to modify its vote once. Like if a user votes and decides to change his mind, he can but limited to once only.

I'm looking for a mod that enables the users to change their vote in a poll as many times they wish. If someone has any suggestions for me, I'd be very grateful!
