Sorry, but I don't understand what you want. Both those pictures are showing a bunch of unfamiliar text. I'm guessing you are using some modification and I can't even guess at the code used for it.

I mean the align is good,, beside of WGO there is some text.. not under WGO

You need to adjust the width of the cab box and then float it to the left... then adjust the other block of texts width and float to the right

I can't tell you exactly as it depends on lots of things to do with your forum
