Site Open to slow help me??????????

Hi .......... i need some help please some one help me urgent....first i used nulled vbsoftware now i am using licensed vbulletin 4.1.3 and also new hosting....like hostgater when i upgraded to vbulletin 4.1.3 and new hosting my site speed is to slow...i cheek my cpanel all is normal site load or server load is normal...but site can open slow.....please tell me what is the problem............how can i do that to make site open fast.............thanks and reply me soon...................

Hi

1.) Do you have any mods enabled on your Site?
If you Disable the hook System completely, is the site still Slow?

2.) Do you have Other scripts or systems on your server?
Are they Slow As well?

no only vbulletin install i disable all mods but site speed still slow...today i received a mail from hosting..........detailed given below..
