Note when a moderator/administrator has replied to post?

We'd like our users to be able to tell at a glance in the main thread display when a moderator/administrator has replied to a thread, perhaps with an automatic post icon in the title. Can anyone point me to a mod that will do something like this automatically?

I've never seen anything like that. What would be the point? Hopefully your staff is very active so most of the threads would be marked.
