I use forum blocks normally and it seems after I upgraded to 4.1.3 not all of them work any longer. Out of the 3 I currently have, only 1 displays now.

Examples:

The one that displays correctly is a donations mod from ForumCoding.com.

One that fails is this:

The blocks are set as active, etc. They aren't even attempting to display them and I also tried this on the default vB theme as well and they don't display there either. Anyone have any suggestions as to what/where to look?

Ohh, also I did check the block_html template and it hasn't been modified, etc.

If you are having problems with modifications, you need to ask for help in the modification thread.

It's not any particular mod though, so that's why i asked in general.

Did you make sure the template you are using for your blocks exists in that style? Also, try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php
