forum list optioncode?

In admincp you can set built-in optioncode .. like "usergoups:8" that will display a usergroups list in multi select field.
I'm looking for same thing but forum list.. or any other idea to display a multi select field of forum list.

Thanks, but it a one option select. Do you know how to change that to multiple select?

Check some of Paul M's mods. I think he does that in a couple of them.
