I want to enable blogs but I don't want a pile of spammer using the blog system. I don't see anywhere to restrict blog access to certain usergroups. It's not in the usergroup options when I go into the manager.

Admincp -> Usergroups -> select the usergroup you want to set the permission

scroll down to the "Blog Permissions"

set them to your likings
