iframing the attachments of a post

[supersy]

hi;
1-my idea is that i need to iframe the attachments of one of my forums posts on the front page
so is there any code I can use in the iframe?

2-the same is applied for the body of the post, i want to update the post frequently so it could be updated in the iframe too.

thanks
