In V 4.1.3:
When I quote a post includes a picture (or more) in my reply, the picture do not show up in the reply, only attachment XXX with active link for the picture showed up!!
How to change that?

I have this problem as well but when I use firefox everything works ok

Did you ever find a fix for this, I have the same issue and am not having luck fixing it.
