Username banned if IP is banned?

If the ip of the username is banned, can the forum settings be configured so that the username is automatically banned and the title of "Banned" is displayed under their username? I don't want to go through 50 usernames and ban each one of them individually when the ip address is the same for all 50 usernames.

It's not no.

But if the user is effectively banned then don't worry about the user title.
