Additional Navbar

Is there a way to extend the navbar? I really don't want to add a second navbar. I'd like an arrow or something to click and more links load.

Actually, when you click a link and the sub links show up, I want to have a drop down for extras, and when they click the something say... Support, they get submenus for tickets, live, email, ect.
