Need someone to help me out please (Photoshop / GIMP)

I've been working with several different images trying to come up with something I think looks pretty good, and think I finally came out with something (as a base design anyway). I've attached a .png and .psd (.psd is in the .zip) if you want to see if you can do what I'd like. Basically, I'd like it to have a 3-D look to it, along with possibly a drop shadow and a silver metallic look to it. I can't seem to figure out how to do this in GIMP and don't have Photoshop. Please post in this thread instead of PM'ing me with your results.

EDIT: I would appreciate if you would also attach your .psd as I plan on using this for other things as well.

You can create 3D text affect by holding CTRL + ALT and the UP arrow.

I used around 14 layers, linked all of them except the top and colored it with some extra layer styles.

It would if I had put 'In Photoshop' ..

The only GIMP I have is locked in my basement
