I am trying to add a new bb code for FLV player provide by vbulletin.org forum. It's ok till I add the replacement code. One I add any text to the Example box and hit next, it takes me to a blank page. but without entering anything in the Example box and hitting next will prompt me to fill all the required fields..

what's wrong...i didn't have any problems before adding new bb codes.. I have tried with several other codes and it does the same now.. I am unable to add any new bb code... BTY the replacement codes I have tries so far are all the add ons provided here..

please help...
