Problem with vBAdvanced, can somebody help me please? :)

I've got a problem using Vb Advanced on my forum. Some technical information about my forum:

Forum version: 4.1.3
Vb Advanced version: 2.1.1
Custom Design
No other javascripts / flash plugins enabled.

The problem is when i press 'manage attachments' to upload a file, I get the following popup window:



As you see: I am able to upload a file. The file will be added as a attachment in the popup window. The problem is, this attachment will not be added under the post, as you can see in the screenshot below:



So: I am able to upload files - but the attachment will not be added under the post, as it should be. So I checked Firebug and saw 2 errors:

I've been searching this week long to a solution, but unfortunately I havent found any. Can someone please help me to solve this problem?

If your having a problem with vBAdvanced
go to vBAdvanced.com

if your having vb4.1.3 issue youll need to go over to vb.com..

DJ-Lounge, from your description I am not seeing how/why you'd think the problem is related to vBadvanced. Do you have any other add-ons/hacks installed?
