Smart Thread Tags

Hello everyone,

I would like to add some feature to give users options to show/hide threads based on thread tags. something similar to ignore list but based on tags.

Anyway this could be done?
Any recommendations for mods that could do a similar job? (for example, user does not want to view +18 threads.. etc).
