Music on frontpage & profile player uploading downloading mod

Hi, we have an radio station site and we would like a new mod to be created for our space so people would be more attracted to that place..

Things to be done:

an upload possibility for our users so they can upload zip and mp3 on theyr profile

all that will be with done with an list of mp3's and zip files they upload
possibility to change name and genre. and delete file.

no need for big player on profile,
but mainly if you push the button play on one file another one turns off

And also to post comments on the files

also to rate the files

when somebody uploads a track or zip it comes up on frontpage
inside a box of many other recently uploads by other users, is also needed, if there
would be some possibilities for someone to see the genres and if it is zip

With the possibility to play the file with just one click and also to see the rating
and also PR of the user with small avatar.

Also the trackname with genre shoud be listed up, and also preferably the bitrate
would also add an good solution to see what kind of file it is. The bitrate needs to be automaticly be found out by a bitrate checker on upload.

Multiple genres would also be preferably cool to have, just using the same technique
as tags.

also when you upload a file, you have the possibility to add your files to podcast
on another forum page with an box to click on by the uploader..

What we also might need for the zip is to specify if it's an project or an
compilation of more mp3 files.

if tho project we would like to give others possibilites to see it listed on the
frontpage on the projects zip box. And what kind of genre it is also as project

We would like also to have a top 100 list in a while, of the files uploaded
also giving rating just as an logged in user..

can do with or without filepicture, or mainly keeping avatar as songpicture
the avatar needs to be small icons for beside each file that will be played

The solution might be with an bbcode mp3 player. Many free players out there, but
frontpage might need another one besides from the one on profiles.

also it would be cool to have download button enabled if people want theyr files to
be downloaded.

and all and most the one with the best idea about this might earn himself donations in the future, if we find the plugin suitable for our bulletin. And we surely will use one in the future.

What kind of vbulletin it should work on is preferably done by the artist of the work.

As many people would be glad to undertake the request, do post a comment about this that you are the one to work on this project so to many people would not be working on this project. And do it only if you have the skills for it to be finished in a short frame of time.

Also if you have partial skills to do this project post your interest and work with somebody else through this thread.

Also adding features not explained here is a plus for this mod. Yea would like this mod to be free for anybody, but if this is an mod with greater features, you might earn yourself donations not only from us.

Also a custom edit for us would be the preferable with possibility that they can
push a button and automaticly grant us the possiblity to play the track on the
radiostation, we might come back to you for this to happen, if you are the one to create the mod. "This part is only the paid part, but not requested"
