vb style error cannot log in

I cant login to my admin cp or my forums as I am getting these errors at login to the admin cp... I get a button for redirect that has
vb:rawphrase Proceed in the box.

this is the whole page I am getting...

Anything I can do to make it work again? beleave it happened after a try at a style change.
