looking for couple of things for my forum

Hello

I'm looking for the theme Aesthetica Blue Skin for vBulletin. But I need one that is compatiable with version 4.1.3.

Is there one anywhere?

And also, I'm looking for a vbulletin plugin that allows you to send automatic PMs to members that have just registered.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
