Hey guys, anyone knows how to make a div with login information, separated from above_header?

What I have now is:

LOGO Welcome, JorgeX. Notifications. Profile. Settings
LOGO
LOGO

So, default vBulletin style.

I want to separate it, like this DIV:

Look at the top div, it is fixed at top, so if you scroll down it remains at top. I want to have there the login info, the same way is above, with the Facebook connect button and some little logos (like EA's webpage).

Can anybody help me please?

It's only a div with fixed property, but don't know how to remove the login from the other divs.
