Hi all,

When I am not logged in to my forum, and I try to click on the pagination links to view older articles, I have a major problem. I get a screen that says:

Warning: chdir() [function.chdir]: No such file or directory (errno 2) in
/home/theope11/public_html/forums/index.php on line 38

Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
File: /home/theope11/public_html/forums/index.php
Line: 38

But when I'm logged in, I have no issues. Any idea what could be causing this?

That is from a modification. Disable the modification and the error will go away.

I have no idea. Disable all your products AND vbulletin plugins and then turn them on one at a time and look to see if you get that error after each one.
