Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> ? ? -> Footer

You would find this code:

Add this after this:

<a href="http://www.XXXX.com/external.php?type=RSS2" title="Get XXXX RSS feeds"><img src="../images/social/rss.gif" ></a>&nbsp;&nbsp;

Change "XXXX" with your facebook, twitter and website name.
Upload attachment images to "/images/social/" using FTP

with me is not in the footer it's next to button Forum home under main menu top left but looks cool like this also anyway would like to find out why is not in the footer
