How to make new links in footer and remove or edit new text below footer.

AdminCP>Styles and Templates>Style Manager>Edit templates>Footer. Be very careful because you can really make a mess editing templates.

That's what I meant when I said to be very careful. If you don't understand the code, don't mess with it. Sorry, I can't give you a course in programming here in a thread.

It's possible whatever it is you're trying to do has already been done, so maybe if you could explain it better someone may be able to help more.
