Which Forum StyleVar are these?

I can seem to find which Stylevar go to the boxes in dark grey (Forum Information and Options, Thread Display Options, etc).

Also is there anyway to move the "Settings, My Profile, Notifications, No new messages
Inbox, Welcome", on the top right of the screen, and put it just above the tab bar.

I have played around a bit with the padding and moves the bar, but it also moves the banner image, which isn't what i want to do.

A couple of followup questions. Which styles go to the buttons, like the moderation tools, and the quick nav buttons?

Also on our forums when I click the reply button, it puts my cursor in the quick reply box, how do I set it to open the advanced editor by default.
