I;m looking for a mod where the user pays(via paypal) for a signature link for a period, when the period expires, their paypal is auto charged, if it fails, links is removed.

does one exist?

Anyone want to write it?

Happy to buy it if its written.

There's no mod for this but it could be done with the built in subscriptions system.

Make a new usergroup allowed to have signatures... Your other usergroups would not be allowed to have signatures. You do this from your Usergroup Manager in Admin CP.

(Signature Permissions -> Can Use Signatures -> NO)

Then make a new subscription in your subscription manager, let people "buy" an upgrade to your usergroup that is allowed to have signatures... You can have PyaPal auto-renew so they have to cancel it if they want to stop paying.

When a subscription expires they will be returned to the usergroup not allowed to use signatures.
