Currently, non-registered users to my site are forced to login to my home page only (www.mysite.com). I want non-registered users to be able to browse the CMS, etc. Essentially, the CMS is my home page. I reset permissions to the CMS options, but no luck there. Another related anomaly is that the home (CMS) tab dissapears when the blog tab is selected. If a user is logged in, no problems at all. I want non-registered users to be able to view pretty much all content, except for some forums that I may restrict at a later time.

Home > hover over section title > click edit pencil > make sure Show on Section Widget is set to Yes. Then also make sure the permissions are set correctly.
