You disabled modifications before upgrading?
- Make sure there are no old 3.x modifications or plugins active. - Delete ALL old 3.x styles. - AdminCP > Maintenance > Update Counters > Rebuild Styles. Try those see if that helps... |

Try reimporting the Master style?
ACP -> Styles & Templates -> Download / Uploads Styles -> Don't change anything, just click Import. I'm thinking rebuild does the samething but may be wrong there. |

You have not upgraded the css templates and something in them is causing that issue. The CSS on your 'default' style is missing some CSS that is showing on my default style. So, go check your css templates for upgrades.

Also be sure to check if all the updated templates are either revertd back to default new ones or modified accordingly.

I don't know which template - go through each edited css template and compare it to the default and see what has changed.
