Template not working Ok

Some users, cant see the forum correctly. When they enter, it stop chargin the site at 50 or 60%, so the images, the correct colors are not seen. Only some users have this problems.

I dont know what to do, they tryed with ALL the navegators, deleting temps and history, reconecting to the ISP.

I reset the VPS, the server..

What can i do?

Create a new style with no parent:

• Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
• Parent Style: No Parent Style
• Title: Default vBulletin
• Allow User Selection: Yes
• Save

Make this selectable and have the users having problems try browsing the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do they still have the same problem?

Same problems with different templates. Even the default vbulletin style.

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php
