Background colour

Hello,

I was looking at this post: http://myspacepros.com/forum/showthread.php?t=32432

and I noticed that the user Greg-J (i think hes the site admin) has a different background colour - Does anyone know what the modification is that can do this?

Like I could have a different colour for admins when they post and also for moderators

The background is also a different colour in the thread view page:

How can this be done please?
